Construction Management
As Construction Managers, we deliver projects more expediently and more efficiently, in terms of cost, than can be done using the traditional architect/general contractor delivery method. These type of projects are generally:
- Less expensive
- Of higher quality
- More innovative
- Completed in 70% of the time required using the traditional design-bid-build approach
- Coordinated in a manner that is less disruptive to on-going operations
- Minimally at risk (in terms of traffic, safety, and health hazards)
As Construction Manager, Garmong maintains control of site supervision, general condition items, and other work that would typically result in layers of contractor/subcontractor mark-ups. |
