Construction Management

As Construction Managers, we deliver projects more expediently and more efficiently, in terms of cost, than can be done using the traditional architect/general contractor delivery method. These type of projects are generally:

As Construction Manager, Garmong maintains control of site supervision, general condition items, and other work that would typically result in layers of contractor/subcontractor mark-ups.

• Leasing of professional office space: Garmong owns and operates multiple professional office complexes within the Terre Haute metropolitan market. Current tenants include medical practitioners, municipal and government agencies, investment firms, legal firms, and other private businesses.
