HWC and Garmong Construction Services have been affiliated since 1989, and Garmong has been in business since 1923. Garmong Development Company, LLC is a full service real estate entity formed in 1990 to provide unique financing alternatives for both public and private ventures. All three firms have offices in Indianapolis, Lafayette, Scottsburg, and Terre Haute.
