In 2004, Garmong completed a $35 million construction project for the Vigo County School Corporation consisting of three elementary schools--Fayette Elementary, Benjamin Franklin Elementary, and Sugar Creek Consolidated Elementary--built simultaneously within an 18-month period. The project was completed on time and within budget.
Though all three schools began with the same basic floor plan, modifications were made to accommodate the needs of each neighborhood school district. The schools were completed in time for the 2004-2005 school year.
