When Washington Avenue Presbyterian Church and Westminster Presbyterian Church merged in 2000, the need for a new building was apparent. Construction began in 2003 on 12 acres of land. The 5,300 square foot church was designed and built by Garmong as a combination sanctuary/fellowship hall. Future expansion will consist of a main sanctuary bell tower, food pantry, and church office. In this manner, the Church can meet all of the needs of its members while remaining fiscally responsible.
