- 100,000 square foot manufacturing area, 13,000 square foot cafeteria/office addition, and renovations to portions of the existing building (1993-1994).
- 50,000 square foot fast-track warehouse remodel. Special consideration was given to accommodate static dissipative floors and no dust collection. This fast-track scheduled project was accomplished with zero lost production time (1996).
- 8,000 square foot cafeteria with kitchen facilities, locker rooms, and conference rooms (1997).
- Phase I 12,000 square foot addition/human resources remodel (2005).
- Phase II 12,000 square foot production addition, as well as restroom additions and various other upgrades throughout the plant (2005).
