The John T. Myers Center for Technological Research with Industry was designed to allow Rose-Hulman a state of the art facility for project based engineering and science.
This two story brick and glass curtain wall structure was designed to allow a variety of different styled projects to be done at any given time. It houses product process development labs for large scale projects, specialized equipment areas to support product development labs and multiple engineering labs where 50 projects could be done at any given time.
This building was designed to improve every academic department at Rose-Hulman. It was designed and constructed to expand technical services by allowing flexible uses, with non load bearing walls which allow for quick facility remodeling.
