From concept, Garmong and its engineering company, Hannum, Wagle & Cline Engineering were responsible for all developer, designer, and project supervision of construction of the 30,000 square foot building. This project allowed the City to preserve the economic value of land, restore a brownfield area to a vibrant and attractive City resource, while allowing the Department of Public Works to better serve its customer base.
