Garmong served as the general contractor for construction of the Indiana Center for Life Sciences. The Center is a joint venture of Monroe County, Ivy Tech Community College-Bloomington, and the Bloomington Life Sciences Partnership. The new facility is located adjacent to the Ivy Tech - Bloomington campus. The multi-faceted education and training facility houses four science labs, three classrooms and a manufacturing training space.
