Gibson General Hospital Emergency Room

Garmong Construction Services is serving as construction manager/general contractor for this nearly 20,000 square-foot emergency room renovation and addition project at Gibson General Hospital in Princeton, IN. The $5.1 million facility will feature two new trauma rooms and 10 private exam rooms.  Phase I of the project was completed in April 2009 and included two trauma rooms, six exam rooms, a new nurse’s station, break room, and 5,900 sq ft of basement space.  Garmong also built a new canopy for ambulance drop-off.  Construction is currently being completed on Phase 2 which will include a registration area, waiting area, exam rooms, nurse manager’s office and a blood draw room. Phase 2 is scheduled for completion this summer.
