Under his leadership, Garmong developed full service in-house design capabilities, pioneered design-build delivery within the west central Indiana/east central Illinois region, and created Garmong Development, LLC, to provide clients with site selection and financing alternatives.
In 2004, David became the Chief Executive Officer of Garmong Construction Services and continues to be active in the growth of both companies. |

Ralph E. Wagle, P.E.
President
From a student at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, to bridge constructor, to the Terre Haute City Engineer, to President of Hannum, Wagle & Cline Engineering, to Garmong's current President, Ralph is as comfortable in his mud boots working with clients at their project sites as he is negotiating with subcontractors in a conference room. Appointed as Garmong's 5th President in 2004, Ralph, along with his executive team, has expanded Garmong's strategic capabilities in terms of highly-skilled personnel, geographic markets served and financial capacity. |
