| Job site safety audits are performed weekly by Garmong safety personnel and an independent safety auditor. The audit results are reviewed to provide additional opportunities to amend our safety policy and enforcement programs. |

| We proactively discuss near-misses, and should an accident occur, we immediately investigate utilizing both in-house and outside consultants. |

| All Garmong employees, including executives, project managers, and administrative personnel are subject to random drug testing. All field construction workers are pre-tested as a condition of employment through various labor union sponsored substance abuse prevention programs. |
